This is the return of a writ of habeas corpus. Relator was sentenced by George S. Mayer, a Justice of the Peace of the Town of Middletown, Delaware County, New York, on the 4th day of October, 1948, to serve a term of 100 days in the Onondaga County Penitentiary and, in addition, pay a fine of $10.
