This case comes before the court on Defendant American National Fire Insurance Company’s (American National) motion for partial summary judgment on Counts II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX. American National argues that Counts II, III, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX may be disposed of by applying the Texas statute of limitations to those claims, but Plaintiff Master Mortgage Investment Fund, Inc.
