Henry Ghmther, now deceased, had been married three times. Bj his first wife he had several children, four of whom survived him; by his second he had none; and by his third he had four, all of whom, together with their mother, are now living. He died on the eighth day of August, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, aged about sixty-two years. Five days before his death he executed a deed conveying to his wife, the appellant, all his property, except his NorthPoint farm.
