Defendant appeals from his conviction by a jury for felonious restraint in violation of Section 565.120 RSMo 19781 and sentenced to one year in the St. Louis Medium Security Institution.

Defendant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict since it did not establish exposure of *805the victim to a substantial risk of serious physical injury. We disagree.
