BINGHAM, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court for Massachusetts, granting the bankrupt a discharge. Harry Sawyer, a creditor of the bankrupt, objected to the discharge, and, among his specifications of objections, alleged that the bankrupt, “within the four months preceding the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, upon which he was adjudicated, transferred to a corporation organized by him and owned by him substantially all of his merchandise, with the intent to hinder, delay, and defraud his creditors.
