The plaintiff seeks by this motion to procure a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from conducting *79a hearing of charges filed against the plaintiff and making a determination thereon.
The defendants assert that there is not a cause of action alleged in the plaintiff’s complaint, and, in case the court disagrees with that contention, then that they should have alternative relief.
