Following the entry of conditional guilty pleas, the trial court convicted Jimmy Roger Lane, appellant, of three counts of possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled substance (one count for liquid oxycodone, one count for Endocet tablets, which contained oxycodone, and one count for oxycodone tablets) and one count of possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule III controlled substance, hydrocodone.
