Now before the Court is an appeal from a February 8, 2007 Order of the Eastern District of Michigan Bankruptcy Court, granting the Bankruptcy Trustee’s Motion for Summary Judgment and denying Encore Credit Corporation and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
