In a proceeding pursuant to RFAPL article 17, inter alia, for leave to sell the real property of Rose E, an adjudicated incapacitated person, and to relocate her, the appeal, as limited by the brief, is from so much of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), entered August 30, 2004, as granted the petition.
