Defendant, Steven J. Hedderick, has filed a motion for summary judgment seeking to dismiss any claims for noneconomic damages by plaintiff, Samuel J. Cordaro, on the grounds that Cordaro selected the “limited tort” option but has not suffered a “serious injury” under section 1705(d) of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law, 75 Pa.C.S.
