This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of North Carolina, sitting in bankruptcy, made in the matter of J. R. Eranklin, bankrupt, allowing the Virginia-Carolina Lumber Company to prove a debt against the estate of the said bankrupt amounting to the sum of $750 and interest, the payment of which said debt was secured by deed in trust executed by Eranklin to the said Virginia-Carolina Lumber Company within four months preceding the adjudication in bankruptcy.
