Jennifer Holland appeals from the Montgomery Circuit Court’s denial of her petition for a common-law writ of certiora-ri. Susan Salatto, the former president of Southern Union State Community College (“SUSCC”) and Amelia Pearson’s predecessor, 1 terminated Holland’s employment effective August 8, 2007.
