This case comes on appeal from the final order of the Circuit Court of Mason County which set aside the jury verdict rendered in favor of the appellants, Chester Kimball, Jr. and Judy Kimball, in the civil action below and awarded the appellees, Carl Walden and Sally Walden, a new trial. The motion for a new trial was granted on the ground that the verdict was an improper quotient verdict.
