This was an action to recover upon a life insurance policy. The verdict and judgment was in favor of the plaintiff and defendant appeals.

On June 3, 1921, Mrs. Sadie M. Blades, a married woman, was solicited to take out a policy of insurance in the Farmers and Bankers Life Insurance Company. She signed an application for *121a policy in the amount of $2,000 payable to her estate.'
