Before this court is a twofold application filed by University Avenue Properties, University Hill Plaza and Hill Street Properties, all of which are limited partnerships (collectively referred to herein as “debtors”) seeking: (1) to set aside the confirmed sale of the University Hill Plaza Shopping Center to BDB Investors (“BDB”), a general partnership, and (2) to remove Opitz Realty, Inc.
