In this case a petition was filed for writ of prohibition to be issued by the Circuit Court to J. B. Conyers, Justice of the Peace, prohibiting* the said Conyers from-exercising jurisdiction as Justice of the Peace in a certain cause then pending and at issue in the Court- of such Justice of the Peace. A demurrer was filed to the petition, which demurrer was overruled. The respondent declined to plead further and thereupon the order of prohibition was made.
