Appellant Charles Richard Kilpatrick, Jr., appeals his convictions related to the shooting death of Joseph Henry Wilder. 1 For the reasons set forth below, we affirm. Viewed in a light most favorable to upholding the jury’s verdicts of guilty, the trial record shows as follows.
