This action was commenced by the appellant, as the widow of John R. Park, deceased, to recover a widow’s interest in the lands of her husband, conveyed by him without her consent while the marriage relation existed. The material allegations of the complaint are, in substance, that appellant and one John R. Park,.rfow deceased, were married in Salt Lake City, Utah, December 5, 1872, and that said Park and appellant were and continued to be husband and wife until the death of said Park, which occurred on the 30th day of September, 1900; that said Park, subsequent to said marriage become seised…
