11 On March 12, 2009, the defendant, Steven L. Enterkin, was charged by bill of information with one count of aggravated rape,1 a violation of La. R.S. 14:42. On *260January 21, 2010, the jury found Enterkin guilty of the responsive verdict of molestation of a juvenile. On February 19, 2010, Enterkin filed a motion for judgment of acquittal, or in the alternative, a motion for a new trial, or further in the alternative, a motion for modification of the verdict.
