Appellant Stephen Mauldin filed suit against appellee Michael Weinstock for legal malpractice. The trial court granted appellee/defendant’s motion for summary judgment and appellant is appealing from this order.

Appellant’s employment, as a ramp serviceman, with Eastern Air Lines (Eastern) was terminated after certain bags were not delivered to an aircraft on December 25, 1985.
