The Rock River Water Reclamation District is an Illinois Sanitary District that that manages and reclaims wastewater for residential, industrial and business properties located throughout greater Rockford. These properties include two gas station convenience stores originally constructed, owned and operated by the Debtor, Vista Marketing Group Ltd.
