See TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.115 (Vernon 2003). After finding two enhancement allegations true, the trial court sentenced Williams to confinement for ten (10) years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division pursuant to the jury’s verdict.…
