Plaintiff, Stacey C. Ruttley (hereinafter “Ms. Ruttley”), appeals a judgment in favor of the defendant, Richard G. Steiner, and dismissing her suit for breach of contract. We affirm for the following reasons.

FACTS

Ms. Ruttley, as the widow of Ernest Palermo, had several claims for his wrongful death in an automobile accident for which she retained Steiner, by virtue of a contingency fee contract, to represent her. One of the claims which arose was for life insurance proceeds in the amount of $46,500.00, the full benefits available under the policy. The insurer denied coverage…
