This appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia in favor of appellee, plaintiff below, in an action for damages for personal injuries.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Maine avenue and 4% street, in the city of Washington. Plaintiff and one Parker were driving a truck in an easterly direction on Maine avenue when the truck was struck by a street car belonging to the defendant company moving south on 4% street.
