The Bromwell -Wire Goods Company, a Delaware corporation, has its principal place of business in Cincinnati, Ohio. It operates a factory in Michigan City, Indiana. For several years, it purchased goods from the firm of Mitchell Brothers, of Cadillac, Michigan. Often several shipments from that firm were received at its Michigan City factory and paid for within a week’s time.
