This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Dickenson county and the case displayed by the record is as Iollows: At the June term, 1922, of the circuit court, the Bank of Haysi recovered judgment against George French and D. W. Smith in the principal sum of $300.00, which judgment was duly docketed. V. E. Fleming, on the 9th day of June, 1922, obtained a judgment against George French in the sum of $27.70. At the August rules, 1922, the Bank of Haysi and Fleming instituted a creditors’ suit to subject twenty-six acres of land owned by French to the payment of the lien indebtedness. The bill…
