This is an appeal by the supervisor of the state inheritance tax and escheat division from a decree fixing the amount of inheritance tax to be paid by a decedent's estate.

The facts relative to the case are these: Anna Eliza Ward died testate on December 23, 1931. Her will was admitted to probate in Yakima county on January 13, 1932. Three appraisers, one of whom was nominated by the supervisor of inheritance tax and escheat division, were appointed by the court on February 5, 1932.
