This is a suit in which the plaintiff, Ernest E. Mouton, seeks damages against the defendant, Motors Insurance Corporation, his accident insurance carrier. It is alleged in the petition that plaintiff on February 26, 1949, purchased from the defendant, a standard automobile policy of insurance covering his 1949 Chevrolet automobile, and that on June 28, 1949, plaintiff’s car was involved in an accident which resulted in damages to the car in the sum of $583.95, as shown by an estimate attached to the petition, together with the sum of $27.50 for wrecker charges.
