Plaintiffs in this action, Thomas P. Anderson, Jr. and Kay G. Anderson (the “Andersons”), seek to recover from Beneficial Mortgage Corporation (“BMC”) compensatory and exemplary damages allegedly resulting from defendant’s fraudulent misrepresentations and concealments in failing to grant plaintiffs financing for property purchased by the plaintiffs. Currently before the Court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
