On the prior appearance of this case at 154 Ga. App. 654 (269 SE2d 867) (1980), summary judgment entered by the court below in favor of the appellees was reversed in part and the case was remanded to the trial court with the finding that the decision made by the defendants Ward, Hannah and Miller to terminate Davis’ employment at Northside Hospital was not final since it was subject to review in accordance with the hospital’s grievance procedures, and that these defendants did not have absolute authority to discharge her.
