The defendant was convicted of murder in the first degree on theories of deliberate premeditation and felony-*83murder.1 He was also convicted of burglary. On appeal he claims error in the denial of his motion to suppress statements he made to police, and the denial of his motion for required findings of not guilty. We affirm the convictions and decline to exercise our powers under G. L. c. 278, § 33E.
