—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff Derek Brown appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hurowitz, J.), dated May 10, 1994, as denied his motion to dismiss the defendants’ counterclaims for contribution against him.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the motion of the plaintiff Derek Brown to dismiss the defendants’ counterclaims for contribution against him is granted.
