1 ¡Defendant Dr. Michael Thomas Acurio appeals the judgment on a motion in limine in favor of his ex-wife, Plaintiff Danielle Deon Dickerson Acurio (now, Cage), which declared that the prenuptial agreement between them was not admissible evidence in the trial on their property settlement because the trial court determined that it was not in authentic form and was not a duly acknowledged act under private sig*254nature since the acknowledgment did not occur prior to the marriage.
