GLADNEY, Judge.

This action to determine the ownership of a checking account in the First National Bank of Shreveport, listed in the name of “Bakers’ Local Union 369”, was instituted January 9, 19S8, by A. L. Roberts, Special Trustee of Local 369, Bakery and Confectionery Workers’ International Union of America, against J. H. Ferguson and the First National Bank of Shreveport.
