DONOFRIO, Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of appellee G. A. C. Finance Corporation of Camelback, defendant below, and against James R. Lochhead, appellant and plaintiff below.

The action is for recovery of damages for wrongful conversion of an airplane. Plaintiff’s verified complaint alleged that on December 24, 1959 Anderson Aviation Company sold him the Piper PA-24 “250” aircraft which is the center of the controversy.
