GARDNER, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal is from an order dismissing a personal injury suit under the Texas forum non conveniens statute and the Texas borrowing statute. Presenting five issues, Appellant Christine Hazel Tullís contends the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing her suit against Appellee Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
