FINCH, Judge.

Plaintiff brought a declaratory judgment action asking that an Act of the General Assembly 1 - regulating junkyards be declared unconstitutional and that the State Highway Commission be enjoined from enforcing the provisions of the Act. The Circuit Court held the Act to be constitutional as a valid exercise of the police power and denied injunctive relief. We have jurisdiction of plaintiff’s appeal because of the constitutional issues involved. We affirm.
