The questions involved in this divorce proceeding are so clearly stated by the trial j udge that we cannot do better than quote from his opinion, as follows ;

‘ ‘ The complainant files her bill in this cause for a divorce from defendant, charging and alleging cruelty by personal violence, and also by calling her vile and obscene *411names.
