Lenford Douglas petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) dismissing his appeal from Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Vomacka’s order of deportation pursuant to section 241(a)(ll) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 (“the Act”), 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(ll), and denial of Douglas’s application for a waiver of deportation under section 212(c) of the Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1182(c).
