Stephen Chesser appeals the denial of his motion for postconviction relief. We reverse in part.

Chesser entered open guilty pleas to nine counts of possession of photographs depicting sexual conduct by a child with intent to promote, § 827.071(4), Fla. Stat. (2005), and to sixty counts of possession of child pornography, § 827.071(5).
