McGINLEY, Judge.

Matthew Tyler (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a decision of a referee disallowing Claimant unemployment benefits. The issues presented for our determination are whether the Claimant’s appeal must be dismissed as untimely, whether the Claimant has waived the issues argued in his brief by failing to state them in his petition for review, and finally, whether the the Board erred in affirming the referee’s decision that Claimant did not establish necessitous and compelling health reasons for leaving his…
