This case is before us on appeal by Mrs. Helen Bernice Rushing, surviving widow, and Linda Carol Rushing, minor child of James Herman Rushing, deceased, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Yalobusha County affirming an order of the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation Commission dismissing the claim of the appellants against the Water Valley Coca Cola Bottling Company and its insurance carrier for death benefits under the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation Act on account of the death of the decedent, who was an employee of the Water Valley Coca Cola Bottling Company at the time of his death…
