—In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff wife appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McGinity, J.), dated January 14, 1994, as, after a nonjury trial, (1) failed to separately value the defendant husband’s accounting license, (2) awarded her maintenance in the amount of $2,167 per month for a period of five years, and (3) awarded her counsel fees in the amount of $55,000.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion, by deleting from the tenth decretal paragraph thereof the words "for a period of five (5) years” and…
