In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of a lease, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County *568(LaCava, J.), entered September 15, 2004, which granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was to dismiss the complaint as time-barred.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
