Shah, M.D. and Apex Katy Physicians, LLC ("Apex *315Physicians") filed a Motion to Reopen Apex Long Term Acute Care-Katy, L.P.'s ("Apex LTAC") bankruptcy case, which was closed in 2013, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 350, alleging fraud on the Court on the part of Robert D.
