Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County *1327(Diane Y. Devlin, J.), entered October 5, 2015. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied the motion of defendants Michael J. Stachowski, as guardian of the property of Taquilo Castellanos, an infant, and Taquilo Castellanos, an infant, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
