Pursuant to the provisions of OCGA § 22-2-100 et seq., Fayette *627County filed a petition for condemnation on April 30, 1993, seeking temporary and permanent easements across the property of appellants Dorothy Redwine Black, Loyd Hall Black, individually and as trustee of the William Edgar Black Living Trust, and William Edgar Black, individually and as trustee of the Loyd Hall Black, Jr., Living Trust.
