MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT [DKT NO. 105]

Pending before the Court is the defendants’ motion for summary judgment (dkt. *515no. 105) as to the individual plaintiffs’ claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress (“outrage”) against the individual defendants. For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS the defendants’ motion and DISMISSES the plaintiffs’ claims WITH PREJUDICE.
