(employer), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) that reversed a hearing officer's decision and awarded unemployment compensation benefits to Peter Z. Miller (claimant) under section 8-78-108(4), C.R.S.2012. We set aside the order.
