The defendant, Raymond J. Maccarone, Jr. (Raymond or defendant), appeals from a Family Court judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Carol A. Maccarone (Carol or plaintiff), 1 enforcing a property settlement agreement that was incorporated but not merged into the parties’ final judgment of divorce. The plaintiff also appeals the denial of her motion to dismiss the defendant’s appeal.
